ISPE Peer Mentoring Program

We are excited to announce that we are accepting applications for the 2025/2026 ISPE Peer Mentoring Program, a program developed by the ISPE Membership Committee. We invite all eligible ISPE members (see FAQs below) to join small, carefully coordinated groups of 5-6 peers, matched on career sector, years of experience, and meeting time preferences, when possible. Peer-to-peer mentoring will provide invaluable career development opportunities with peer advice, allowing members to enhance professional skills, broaden perspectives, and build a supportive community within ISPE. Peer-to-peer mentor groups will meet once per month via video chat from October 2025 to May 2026, a total of ~8 monthly meetings. The program will be limited to the first 120 people to sign up by September 8, 2025.

If you have any questions please contact ISPE at info@pharmacoepi.org.

Testimonials from the 2024/2025 ISPE Peer Mentoring Pilot Program

  • “In my nearly 10 years of interaction with the ISPE, this has been one of the most fruitful experiences. The opportunity to engage with peers from other settings brought us outside our daily silos and provided a framework to share common challenges, get feedback on ideas, and more. I can see how it will only continue to provide value in future ISPE engagements (e.g., conference attendance and more).” – Kristin Meyers
  • “I had the privilege of leading an ISPE Peer Mentoring group this year. We used the time to discuss our career paths in depth which really highlighted the diverse journeys through pharmacoepidemiology. We also collaboratively discussed RWE topics, ISPE meetings, and guidance documents. I look forward to many more opportunities to make life long colleagues with the ISPE community.”  – Kevin Haynes
